- Focusing on the connection - One of the most effective ways of making the object move is to mainly focus on the connection you have just created. So remember how the object felt in your hands, and how it moved to gravity as you gaze at it. But it has to be more than just thoughts, but you have to actually feel the object. Get a strong feeling inside of the object and something that made an impression on you, such as its light weight or its smooth surface as your fingers caressed it.
